"I had some water damage to my roof and made a claim with State Farm. After receiving a small check to make repairs, I received a letter saying unless I replaced my entire roof they were going to cancel my policy. I called Karen's office and spoke with Misti. She contacted the Underwriter of my case and was able to get this decision reversed! This is not common and took a huge weight off my shoulders, especially since my roof is only 10 years old. I am very happy with the service I received and feel this office really listened to me and helped me out."

"I had a great experience with State Farm/Karen Davis’ office, in particularly because of Ushba Saleem. I left a voicemail on the office voicemail & a kind young lady named Ushba returned my phone call within 10 minutes. Ushba is very professional, was able to answer my 100 questions in a way I could understand & was very patient with a non techy person such as myself. She was very flexible, even calling me after work hours to work with me. Overall, my husband & I are going to be saving over $800 a year, that’s a huge savings. In a world where it seems like everyone is in such a rush & impatient, Ushba was very refreshing to me. We have already referred 2 family members to her & will be referring a lot more!
